Ok, so the title may be a little misleading.  You’re not going to lose weight healthily by eating only avocados, but can eating avocados regularly help you lose weight?.

Avocados are high in healthy fats and fiber, two things our bodies love you to eat.  DId you know that fat is good for us?

Yeah, our bodies need fat to survive, it just likes healthy unsaturated fats like avocados have.  Typically from plants, these unsaturated fats help us feel full and satisfied so our appetite doesn’t betray us.

Poor Diet.

You don’t even need to eat avocados as a food, you can just use the oil.

Remember I said earlier how avocados are high in healthy fats?  Well, if you turn your avocado into oil you now have a cooking oil high in healthy fats.

A big trap for people is using oil to cook with that isn’t healthy.

If you use avocado oil, you won’t have to worry about that.  You’ll get all the health benefits of its healthy fats and nutrients.

All in all, you can’t go wrong with avocados.  Whether you eat them like an apple or mash them into guac, it’ll give you plenty of health benefits to increase your overall health, which will help you lose weight.
